Integrated Service Coordinator
Behavioral Health Services
Salary Pay Range: $54, $82,368

Job Summary: The Integrated Service Coordinator supports the Milwaukee County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program by ensuring high-quality ancillary services for youth and adults. This role exists to strengthen and expand the provider network by assisting contracted providers with onboarding, delivering training, conducting quality assurance activities, and supporting research and development efforts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new CCS ancillary service providers, ensuring they understand program expectations, service standards, documentation requirements, and system processes. Provide ongoing technical assistance to support providers.
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure contracted providers meet CCS, County, and state regulatory requirements. Review documentation, monitor service delivery patterns, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with providers.
- Develop and deliver trainings to contracted providers on CCS policies, best practices, and evidence-based approaches. Ensure providers have the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to deliver high-quality services to youth and adults with behavioral health needs.
- Support efforts to expand the CCS provider network, including researching service gaps, identifying opportunities for growth, and engaging potential providers. Focus on building capacity to serve individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Assist with collecting, reviewing, and analyzing service data and contract performance measures to inform program decision-making and improve provider performance. Prepare reports, track onboarding progress, and maintain accurate records in alignment with County and CCS standards.
- Work closely with internal CCS staff, contracted providers, and community partners to support coordination of care and alignment of service expectations. Participate in meetings, provide updates, and ensures timely communication regarding provider needs and system changes.
- Identify trends, system needs, and opportunities for enhancement within the ancillary service network. Support the implementation of best practices, service innovations, and process improvements to strengthen outcomes for CCS participants.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current resident of Wisconsin.
- Possession of a valid Wisconsin Driver's License, able to be maintained throughout employment.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing, or Human Services.
- At least three (3) years of experience in mental health or substance use programming.
- Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time within this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing, or Human Services.
- Knowledge of DHS 36.
