About The Team And The Role
eBay Collectibles is redefining how collectors discover, transact, and engage across some of the world's most passionate categories—including trading cards, memorabilia, comics, and other high-value collectible assets. Our mission is to create the most trusted, seamless, and innovative ecosystem for collectors, enthusiasts, and partners across the hobby.

As part of this mission, eBay is continuing to expand and strengthen its integrations across key partners, marketplaces, and service providers and industry leaders. These integrations enable a connected, end-to-end collecting experience that spans authentication, grading, vaulting, selling, and ownership management.

We are seeking a
Lead Product Manager
to own and evolve the integration strategy for eBay Collectibles. In this role, you will define the roadmap, technical vision, and execution strategy for partner and internal platform integrations that power the next generation of collecting experiences.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Own the strategy & execution for partner and platform integrations across eBay Collectibles—spanning inventory ingestion, data management, accuracy, and more.
  • Develop and own the integration roadmap, ensuring the right balance of customer value, business impact, platform scalability, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, analytics, trust, operations, marketing, and leadership to deliver innovative end-to-end features and services.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, providing clear transparency into performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leaders across eBay.
  • Deeply understand back-end systems, service architectures, APIs, and data flows that power eBay and partner platforms. Use this knowledge to influence technical decisions and unblock execution.
  • Partner closely with industry partners to ensure seamless, accurate, and reliable data and inventory integrations that enhance customer confidence and marketplace liquidity.
  • Champion collectors and sellers, ensuring their needs are reflected in all integration decisions—from user experience to data fidelity to compliance.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of product management or strategy experience, ideally within marketplaces, fintech, collectibles, or partner-integration–heavy environments.
  • A consistent track record of building and scaling complex technical products, APIs, or integrations across multiple systems or organizations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and make thoughtful decisions with imperfect information.
  • Strong technical fluency, enabling productive discussions with engineering teams and the ability to understand system contracts, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Demonstrated success using a customer-centric and data-driven approach to drive product outcomes and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • A passion for the collecting ecosystem, alternative assets, and the communities that drive them.
