Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team You'll be the friendly face and voice of Nerdy Nuts, helping customers through every step of their journey — from product questions to order support.
Your communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will help ensure every interaction feels personal, positive, and true to our brand values. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer support, social engagement, and data management — all in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through Freshdesk tickets, email, and TikTok Chat, ensuring every interaction is kind, clear, and solutions-focused.
- Address and respond to negative reviews on TikTok with empathy and a brand-aligned tone that turns feedback into opportunities.
- Provide exceptional support by resolving issues, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring their experience ends on a positive note.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback through Freshdesk or CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with team members in the office to identify recurring issues, share insights, and improve overall customer experience.
- Uphold company standards in professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance during all customer interactions.
- (Optional/As Needed) Participate in outbound follow-ups or customer feedback initiatives to strengthen relationships and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — friendly, professional, and engaging.
- Basic understanding of technology to navigate multiple systems (Freshdesk, TikTok Seller Center, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Ability to work in-office during assigned hours, with optional remote work flexibility outside those hours.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)
- Experience in eCommerce or social media-based customer service.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopify, or CRM systems.
- Multilingual abilities to connect with a diverse customer base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or similar data entry tools.
- Prior call center, chat support, or review management experience.
