Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | (Monday–Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM No Weekends)

We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is highly organized, and values cleanliness, precision, and teamwork. As our Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our clinical operations by managing sterilization processes and supporting the dental team in patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the cleaning, sterilization, and organization of all dental instruments and equipment.
  • Prepare operatories for patient care and assist in turning rooms efficiently between appointments.
  • Maintain and monitor sterilization equipment and documentation to meet OSHA and CDC standards.
  • Support dental assistants and hygienists with supply stocking, tray setup, and room preparation.
  • Assist chairside when needed, including suctioning, passing instruments, and supporting patient comfort.
  • Ensure infection control and safety procedures are consistently followed throughout the practice.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Prior dental or sterilization experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
  • Certification: X-ray certification or willingness to obtain preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with dental instruments and infection control procedures a plus.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Teamwork: Dependable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with clinical staff.
  • Attitude: Positive, professional, and eager to learn and grow within the dental field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $ per hour (based on experience and certifications)
