Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a year-around, full time position.

Responsibilities:

- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

- Inspect and test systems to ensure they are functioning properly

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems

- Repair or replace defective equipment or components

- Follow instruction and specifications to ensure accurate installation

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns

Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Some knowledge of HVAC systems and components

- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions

- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and explain technical information clearly
