Job Purpose

At Viva Ford, we're seeking a dedicated Service Acquisition Team Member to join our team at our Service Center. The primary role of this position is to communicate with customers visiting the service center, providing insights into the total value of their vehicle with the goal of purchasing vehicles to enhance our Used Vehicle inventories. This position offers a dynamic and exciting work environment, perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable navigating conversations about vehicle values and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers to discuss the value of their vehicle.
  • Use the provided training and tools to evaluate vehicles accurately.
  • Work towards increasing the Used Vehicle inventory by purchasing vehicles directly from the service drive.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and automotive industry regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing scenarios.

Performance Expectations

  • The Service Acquisition Team Member will earn $200.00 for each vehicle they personally purchase from the service drive.
  • Bonuses will be provided once a month based on weekly performance.
