Connexion Systems & Engineering is filling multiple full‑time roles supporting assembly, inspection, and materials movement for precision medical products in both cleanroom and non‑cleanroom settings in Devens.

About the Engagement

  • Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM or 7:00 AM start) and 3rd (3:00 PM start)

Open Roles and Pay
1st Shift – 6:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Manufacturing Technicians – Cleanroom (8 openings) | $20–$22/hr
  • Assemble and test electromechanical medical devices under microscopes using calibrated tools.
  • Maintain cleanroom discipline and documentation accuracy.
  • Manufacturing Technicians – Durables (13 openings) | $20–$22/hr
  • Perform mechanical/electrical assembly in non‑cleanroom.
  • Interpret blueprints and execute work instructions; document builds precisely.
  • Production Inspectors (4 openings) | $22–$25/hr
  • Inspect to ISO standards, identify defects, and collaborate with Quality Engineers.Shift options: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.
  • Materials / Stockroom Handler (1 opening) | $22–$24/hr | Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • Receive, kit, and distribute materials; manage inventory accuracy and shipping support.
3rd Shift – Cleanroom
  • Manufacturing Team Lead – Cleanroom (1 opening) | $20–$23/hr
  • Lead by example on the line; assemble/test components, uphold documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years in manufacturing/production
  • High attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
  • Proficiency with microscopes, small hand tools, and measurement equipment
  • Adherence to ISO and FDA compliant practices; safety‑minded
  • Effective communicator; reliable and team‑oriented

Medical device or cleanroom background preferred, not required.
