opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated and adaptable Recruiter to join their growing talent acquisition team. This person will support multiple manufacturing plants across the U.S., partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract, interview, and hire skilled talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for plant-level positions including laborers, operators, maintenance technicians, and managers.
- Partner closely with plant leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct intake meetings, post job ads, source candidates, screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Dayforce ATS to manage candidate pipelines and track activity.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Provide exceptional candidate and internal customer service, maintaining professionalism and strong follow-up at every step.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts on recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Dayforce experience preferred).
- Proficient using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and any ATS.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, coachability, and ability to handle ambiguity with patience and professionalism.
