If so, we want you on our team As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional in our Residential Services, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the beacon of hope and support for individuals with ID/DD in a residential setting
  • Make each day brighter by helping with personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
  • Spark joy through engaging activities that promote independence and social inclusion
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive and grow

Qualifications:

  • Heartfelt commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others
  • High school diploma or equivalent (because heart matters more than paperwork)
  • Previous caregiving experience or related field is a plus, but a genuine desire to learn and grow is essential
  • Superb communication skills and a knack for building meaningful connections
  • A valid driver's license and current car insurance (for those spontaneous adventures)
