Job Description

As a Security Professional - Media Patrol Officer in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will engage with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and professional communication. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe for signs of suspicious or unusual activity and report findings as directed.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials when appropriate.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns.
  • Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Assist with emergency evacuations and/or drills as required by site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
