Accounts Payable Specialist – Automotive Dealership
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Competitive Pay + Benefits

What You'll Do
- Process and verify daily accounts payable, including invoice entry, PO matching, and payment runs
- Maintain vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements, monthly schedules, and bank deposits
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, manufacturer guidelines, and audit requirements
- Assist with month-end close, reporting, and year-end financial preparation
- Work closely with parts, service, and sales departments to ensure invoice accuracy
- Support the accounting team on additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Automotive dealership accounting experience strongly preferred (AP, AR, title clerk, billing, office admin in a dealership is accepted)
- Experience with Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- High accuracy, STRONG attention to detail, and excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
