Automotive Service Manager – Genesis Cadillac of St. Clair Shores

Location: St. Clair Shores, MI

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

 — is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead our high-performing service department.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure high levels of efficiency, productivity, and quality of work across the department
  • Monitor and meet departmental goals in CSI, sales, and service volume
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members to create a smooth, professional experience
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence
  • Experience with Cadillac or GM brands is a plus
  • Tekion experience preferred
