Overview
Vantaca is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to establish a rewarding sales career in a high growth software company looking to continue to grow quickly in As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in working closely with both the sales and marketing departments to identify, engage, and qualify businesses, ultimately driving them into our sales funnel.

Responsibilities
Research and prospect qualified businesses in our marketplace nationally using the internet, social media, email, and our growing databaseSet discovery meetings for assigned AETravel with/without AE to visit prospects, host conferences, etc.Contact said businesses by phone, email, social media, and other various forms of outreachAssess if a lead has a genuine interest in the product, fits the target customer profile, and has the budget or authority to make a purchasing decisionSet online meetings with qualified leads for Account Executives in assigned territoriesFor leads that aren't ready to make an immediate purchase, BDRs engage in lead nurturing by maintaining regular contact to build a relationship, provide information, and address any concerns or questions the lead may haveManage and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate and up-to-date information about leads and interactions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldsExperience with cold calling a plusWritten and Verbal communication skillsExperience using MS Office and CRMExcellent Time management and organizational skillsExperience in B2B salesPrevious work in a customer support role30% travel required
