We are a lean, high-output technology ecosystem at a massive scaling point. While our physical hub is in Arlington Heights, we are powered by a global engine of international developers and virtual assistants.

We currently operate two high-volume brands:

  1. Our global intake engine for Apple assets.
  2. Our premium resale platform.

The Vision:
We are building an empire. We are branching into parallel industries—Warranty services, Managed IT, and new internal projects. I (the Founder) am focused on high-level strategy and expansion. I need a
Savage
to step in and own the entire machine—both the physical inventory in Illinois and the global teams that support it.

THE MISSION: COMMAND THE ECOSYSTEM

You are the architect of our efficiency. You will bridge the gap between our physical hub and our digital projects.

  • Logistics Command:
    Own the Arlington Heights hub. Move inventory from "Received" to "Live for Sale" in under 24 hours.
  • The "Trenches" Phase:
    We lead from the front. In the beginning, you will be on the floor, moving boxes and operating the pallet jack to understand the flow. You aren't doing this just to do it; you're doing it to find the friction and kill it.
  • Digital Project Management:
    You are the "Boss" of our international Dev team. You don't need to code, but you must be able to manage their task list. You turn real-world warehouse bottlenecks into clear instructions for the devs to build software solutions.
  • VA Leadership:
    Manage our global team of Virtual Assistants. You will write the SOPs, monitor output, and ensure our offshore support is a 24/7 force multiplier.

THE UPSIDE: THE GROWTH TRIGGER

We reward the operator who drives the machine. We expect a high-performer in this role to clear

$100k+ total compensation
in year one.

  • Base Salary:
    $75,000 – $85,000 (Commensurate with experience).

  • 10% Quarterly Profit Share:
    Following a 90-day earn-in, you trigger a 10% share of total quarterly net profit (once the hub clears its $10k/month baseline).

  • Pathway to Equity:
    This is a partner track. High performance leads directly to a conversation about legal equity. We want you to own what you build.

    "How can I use our devs or our VAs to make this happen automatically?"
