Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and self-disciplined Roofing Sales Representative to run only company-provided leads. This role is perfect for someone who is driven to help customers, can present themselves professionally, and is ready to close deals without the need to generate their own leads.

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled company-provided leads—no cold calling or door knocking required
  • Perform on-site roof inspections using personal truck and ladder
  • Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners
  • Present roofing solutions professionally and confidently
  • Work closely with the office team to update lead status and submit paperwork
  • Follow up with customers as needed to close deals
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • Dependable truck suitable for inspections
  • Personal ladder for safe roof access
  • Professional, clean, and presentable appearance
  • Highly reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow company processes and close company-generated leads
