The Release Manager will be accountable for release execution discipline, enforcing checklists/playbooks/tollgates, and embedding lessons learned into every migration wave.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end release execution for application migrations to AWS (re-host, re-platform, re-deploy).

• Tollgates (approval checkpoints across app, infra, DevOps, IAM, InfoSec)
• Track and report release KPIs (downtime, rollback frequency, defect leakage, migration success rate).
