We're passionate about offering personalized fragrance experiences and creating long-lasting connections with our customers. As we expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at Potomac Mills Mall and Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are excited to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while offering customers the unique experience of personalized fragrance blending.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Interaction:

  • Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their fragrance preferences and needs.
  • Introduce customers to Fleuromoa's custom fragrance oils and assist them in selecting or creating the perfect scent.
  • Offer product recommendations, upsell complementary items, and ensure customers leave satisfied with their purchases.

Product Knowledge:

  • Learn about and stay up-to-date with Fleuromoa's full product line, including custom fragrances, oils, and wellness items.
  • Be able to explain the unique value of Fleuromoa's custom blends and offer guidance on scent combinations (top, middle, base notes).

Inventory Management & Merchandising:

  • Assist in maintaining the organization of the cart, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and inform the manager of stock needs.
  • Keep the cart clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.

Sales Performance & Goals:

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Track and report on personal sales performance.
  • Participate in promotions and special sales events designed to drive traffic to the cart.

Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, friendly environment.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with the manager to improve the product offering and customer experience.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in customer service or a sales environment is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Comfortable with upselling and meeting sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and merchandising.

  • Friendly, outgoing, and excited to work with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to hit sales goals.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable.
  • Passionate about personal care products and fragrance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
