We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Marketing Department with the creation, organization, and maintenance of technical product information. This role involves producing and updating technical drawings, collecting and validating product data, and ensuring all documentation is stored in a uniform and consistent format. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently or collaboratively, and has strong technical software skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain technical drawings and product illustrations.
  • Collect, verify, and organize technical product data from internal teams and external sources.
  • Ensure consistent and standardized data storage across all files, documents, and repositories.
  • Assist with the preparation of product documentation, marketing materials, and supporting visuals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to gather accurate information.
  • Perform data entry, file management, and documentation control tasks.
  • Support special projects requiring technical visualization or product data organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience or coursework in technical drawing, drafting, or design (CAD experience is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in manufacturing, product design, or technical marketing.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
