Responsibilities:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing marketing ideas to life, online and in-store. You'll play an integral role in supporting our marketing efforts, ensuring our brand message stays consistent, engaging, and community-focused.This position will be part-time with 10 hours of work per week.

  • Execute administrative and marketing tasks to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and send customer-facing email newsletters and marketing communications.
  • Assist with website management, including race websites.
  • Work closely with the retail/product team to align marketing messaging, product launches, and promotions.
  • Participate in bi-weekly marketing meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement.

Qualifications:

  • A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Passionate about community, fitness, and storytelling.
  • Experienced (or eager to learn) in digital marketing platforms, email tools, and basic website management.
