Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

Are you a caring, dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who loves helping older adults stay active, confident, and connected? Benchmark Therapies is growing, and we're excited to welcome per diem COTAs to our team at Cross Keys Village in New Oxford, PA.

As our therapy caseload continues to expand, we're building out our OT department — and it's the perfect time to grow right along with us.

What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized, high-quality rehabilitative care with a personal touch
  • Document progress in Net Health and facility systems with accuracy and ease
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and encourage their independence
  • Partner with patients, families, and community staff to share goals, plans, and wins
  • Bring compassion, professionalism, and a positive spirit to every session
  • Work closely with your therapy team to create a supportive, energized environment
What You Bring
  • A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program
  • An active Pennsylvania COTA license in good standing
  • A heartfelt passion for working with seniors
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A warm, collaborative attitude and a desire to make a difference
