Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time & PRN

Location: Ware Presbyterian Village – Oxford, PA

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults? At Benchmark Therapies, we're seeking both Full-Time and PRN PTAs to join our dynamic team at Ware Presbyterian Village.

What You'll Do
  • Provide personalized, high-quality rehabilitative services
  • Track and document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
  • Build long-term, meaningful relationships with residents while keeping them engaged in their health and well-being
  • Partner with families, residents, and staff to explain therapy goals, progress, and outcomes
  • Bring professionalism, compassion, and courtesy to every interaction
  • Collaborate with your fellow therapists to maintain a positive, passionate team environment
What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program
  • Active PTA license in Pennsylvania in good standing
  • A genuine passion for serving the senior population
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A positive, teamwork-driven approach to all interactions
