Position Summary

We are a FDA-Registered Pharmaceutical Manufacturer with over 30 years of proven success in developing and delivering trusted medical products. With a portfolio of 30+ products in wound care, fungal care, pain management, and skin care, we're committed to helping doctors improve patient outcomes while growing their in-office dispensing revenue. We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Medical Representative to join our team. This role is essential to our mission of expanding our national market presence and achieving ambitious growth goals. Compensation is a generous base salary plus a no-cap commission structure: substantial earning potential for high performers.

What You'll Do

Drive new business by conducting outbound calls to medical practices nationwide

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Develop long-term relationships with doctors and staff while acquiring new accounts
  • Deliver expert knowledge across our product lines and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
  • Represent the Company at select trade shows to expand professional outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to strengthen the sales pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of inside sales experience (healthcare sales preferred but not required)
  • Strong phone presence and fearless approach to prospecting
  • Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication abilities
  • Motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Education, Training and experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Inside sales experience: 1 year

Pay & Schedule

  • Base: $40,000/ $19.23 an hour
  • Commissions: 5% net sales commissions, NO CAP
  • Non-Except
  • Full-time, In-Office.
  • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
