CNC Programmer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while ensuring safety and efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations
  • Set up CNC machines for production, including installation of tools and fixtures
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Conduct tests and inspections of the finished products to ensure conformity with specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and efficiencies
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and program changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine issues that arise during production

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CNC programming
  • Strong understanding of G-Code and CAD/CAM software
  • Knowledge of machining, tooling, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Experience with setup and operation of CNC machines
  • Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques
  • Experience with 5-axis CNC programming is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
