ELIZABETH STUART is an inspiring home and garden destination filled with art, antiques, home décor, jewelry, fabrics, lighting and an expansive garden with live plants, trees, and ongoing assortment of seasonal plantings.

We are currently seeking Retail Associates who are hardworking and sales-driven, with attention to excellent customer service. Our Seasonal associates support the daily needs of the business and are an essential part of our lively and often, fast-paced business. The Team at ELIZABETH STUART is the best part of what we do and together, drive forward our commitment to outstanding sales, impeccable service, operational excellence, and creating beautiful environments.

+ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high level customer service by greeting and engaging clients and curious shoppers
  • Accurately and efficiently execute operational tasks such as ringing sales, receiving stock, loading merchandise, and maintenance of all products.
  • Collaborate with the store team to execute, achieve, and exceed the goals of the store.
  • Daily maintenance of the work environments including sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, moping, dusting, cleaning, glass, watering and sweeping
  • Participate in store functions as directed by the store management such as floor moves, client events, store meetings and physical inventory.
  • Obtain product knowledge and brand inspiration — tell the Elizabeth Stuart story, providing recommendations to customers
  • Maintain the distinct Elizabeth Stuart aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.
  • Exude a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task

+ ENVIRONMENT

  • Flexible scheduling, minimum requirement two Saturdays a month.
  • Work requiring non-traditional hours: weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
  • Able to work at multiple locations to include Flagship Store and Warehouse

+ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous retail client service and sales experience a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with and as a team

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
