Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create self-generated leads
• Deliver in-person sales presentations to household decision maker(s), Actively listen to their needs to determine appropriate solutions.
• Prepare estimates based on current labor and material prices
• Meet with homeowners to assess storm damage to home's exterior
• Meet with insurance adjusters to assist with inspections and complete sale
• Create and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 1 business day unless agreed upon beforehand (not expected while on PTO)
• Attend weekly meeting
• Utilize company software
• Track and hit Agreed upon Metrics

Qualification and Skill requirements:

• At Least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No Sales Experience Necessary
• Comfortable working in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to effectively utilize selling techniques that we will share
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Must have a mobile phone

Pay: $75, $250,000.00 per year
