What You'll Do

  • Lead by example - Model best practices while directly supporting residents and mentoring staff
  • Shape individual futures - Develop personalized goals and programs that promote independence
  • Create positive environments - Ensure each residence feels like home while maintaining high standards of care
  • Drive continuous improvement - Collaborate with leadership to enhance program and staff performance

  • Age 21+ with a Bachelor's degree and genuine passion for serving individuals with disabilities

  • Valid driver's license and availability to work Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm with some flexibility depending on program needs
  • Natural leadership abilities with strong communication skills
  • Physical capability for hands-on care (lifting 40 lbs, therapeutic holds, cleaning)
  • Clean background (no felonies, no abuse, assault or neglect convictions)
  • Able to pass a drug screen
