What YOU will do

  • Lead multiple small to mid-size programs—or a few large, complex initiatives—from inception to completion, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
  • Drive accountability across internal teams and vendors, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface, building strong relationships and translating customer needs into actionable program goals.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proposal development, bid strategy, commercial modeling, and leading contract negotiations to align with company objectives.
  • Own program Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability, forecasting, and performance reporting—driving the team to meet or exceed business case and financial targets.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and vendors, fostering collaboration, mitigating risks, and ensuring that milestones are achieved with excellence.
  • Play a key role in strategic planning and long-range forecasting, supporting leadership in shaping business strategy and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Travel up to 25% within the region and occasionally on short notice.

Qualifications YOU Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project and/or program management.
  • Prior experience with change and risk management practices.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet.

Qualifications WE Prefer

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience with strong P&L ownership.
  • Experience in proposal development, contract negotiation, and commercial management.
  • Prior leadership experience managing a small team of individual contributors.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree.
  • Experience in Airports, Aviation, or the Travel industry.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
