About the Role
We're seeking a
Licensed Clinician
(LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or LEP – active CA license required) to provide clinical expertise and live support to practitioners on our digital platform. You'll ensure best practices in behavioral health delivery, support clinical escalations, guide practitioners through supervision and audits, and contribute to service quality and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide live clinical guidance and asynchronous support to practitioners.
- Oversee risk management, safeguarding, and clinical escalations.
- Conduct audits and support practitioner development.
- Maintain clinical quality and compliance with evidence-based standards.
- Collaborate on data insights and continuous improvement.
- Support stakeholder engagement and training efforts.
What You'll Bring
- Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, or LEP).
- Experience working clinically with youth (13–25).
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with digital or remote environments.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (2nd shift).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Up to
$40.85/hour ($85,000 annually)
