Exodus Recovery, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Mental Health Clinician for our new Seton Hall program located in Los Angeles, CA.
Position Summary:
Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ individuals to facilitate mental health services, comprehensive case management and care coordination services for clients at Safe Landings. The Mental Health Clinician works in conjunction and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.
Requirements:
- Two (2) years clinical experience in the mental health field with a minimum of one-year direct client care experience working with complex clients with SMI.
- Experience working with SUD (substance use disorders) and utilization of motivational interviewing techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of assessment and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
- Required experience with clinical DHS documentation platform(s).
EDUCATION:
- Masters in a mental health related field required
- Current Continuing Education towards licensure required
- A valid CA driver's license and good driving record is required.
Work location: in-person
Commensurate with experience.
