About The Role
Hotsy, the leader in industrial hot water high-pressure cleaning equipment, is hiring a Field Service Technician. We have 13 locations across 5 states, and our company focuses on quality people—because we know that great employees make a great company.

This is a Field Service Technician role with a mix of on-site service calls and shop repairs. Start and end each day at our Wake Forest shop—enjoy predictable hours, weekdays only, and evenings at home.

What You'll Do

  • Perform field service repairs at customer sites
  • Complete shop repairs on high pressure cleaning equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems
  • Apply HVAC or plumbing knowledge (preferred but not required)
  • Provide excellent service and maintain safety standards

What You'll Need

  • Proven field service repair experience
  • Strong AC/DC electrical knowledge
  • HVAC or plumbing experience a plus
  • Clean driving record (required)
  • Your own basic hand tools and a reliable multimeter (company provides all other specialty tools)
