Sales Support Coordinator

SCOPE:
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating collaboration between the Regional Sales Manager and the Regional Manager on follow-up tasks relating to sales activities that were observed on property visits. This role will communicate and collaborate with the Community Managers on the actionable items that resulted from the property visits to ensure accountability on execution of the items with the ultimate goal of increasing sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports all aspects of sales efforts by collaborating with Regional Sales Managers on actionable items from community visits.
- Fosters communication between Regional Sales Managers and Regional Manager on how best to execute on the actionable items to increase sales.
- Constructs emails with actionable items to the Community Managers and all other persons involved in completing the actionable items and follows through on those requests until resolved.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the entire sales process and be able to be a resource of answers to questions about the process for the Regional Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
- Follows up on all pending deals to ensure that transactions are coming to close by month end.
- Generates reporting needed by Regional Sales Managers and Regional Managers to assist them with adding transparency on lead follow-up, property visitor activity, applications, pending deals and closings.
- Any other special projects or functions deemed necessary by the Vice President of Sales
- Reports to the Vice President of Sales
- 90% remote work with 10% travel to communities or meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum High school, GED, some college preferred;
- One to two years of relevant work experience;
- Ability to work diligently and independently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines;
- Energetic and positive with a sharp eye for detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with office equipment;
- Must demonstrate strong work ethic;

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Frequently required to sit; Frequently required to talk or hear. Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.

LOCATION: Open to work remotely preference in Orlando, FL. This position may require travelling 25% and ability to meet at the office/communities on occasion.
