Holden Timeless Beauty (HTB) is a renowned med-spa known nationally for its transformative facial treatments that help our clients age differently than ever before. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of every client. We offer Botox, Fillers, Laser treatments, Facials, and more. HTB's expert facial artists teach patients how to hold time back using the most innovative treatments in Medical Aesthetics with the focus always being on an extraordinary patient experience. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Holden Timeless Beauty. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our medical professionals in delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses in preparation to perform cosmetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, and body sculpting.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Take patient photos, medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant patient information.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions and follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction and an exceptional patient experience.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
• Assist at the front desk with checking and checking out patients
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and handling patient complaints.

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Prior experience in a medical office, med spa, plastic surgery or cosmetic dermatology setting required.
• Extremely outgoing and friendly personality and positive attitude
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings as needed.
• Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
