Snow Removal Operators Needed – Skid Steer & Plow Truck (Oakdale / Woodbury)

Rock N' Block Outdoor Solutions is hiring for the 2025–2026 snow season and looking to fill two high-level positions:

(1) Skid Steer Operator and (2) Snow Plow Truck Driver.

We service zero-tolerance commercial accounts in Oakdale, Woodbury, and the surrounding east metro. These positions offer strong hours, reliable work, and opportunities for additional income even during lighter snowfall events.

Available Positions1. Skid Steer Operator – Cage Plow (8' & 10')

You will be running new John Deere and Bobcat skid loaders, equipped with cage plows, assigned to a primary commercial site for the duration of each event. Once your main site is complete, you may travel in the machine to nearby smaller accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Operate skid steer safely and efficiently
  • Complete site according to snow maps and company standards
  • Travel in-machine to secondary sites when needed
  • Report equipment or site issues promptly

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of skid steer or equivalent snow equipment experience
  • Ability to provide proof of experience
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work long shifts
  • Must be quality-driven and detail-oriented

2. Snow Plow Truck Driver – ¾ Ton or 1 Ton Pickup (BOSS DXT V-Plow)

You'll be responsible for plowing both residential and commercial routes using a ¾-ton or 1-ton pickup with a BOSS DXT V-plow.

Responsibilities

  • Clear routes accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain clean edges, open-ups, and quality finish
  • Work long, demanding shifts during storms
  • Communicate route progress and issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of plow truck experience with proof
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial plowing standards
  • Reliable transportation and on-call availability during storms
  • High attention to detail and accountability

Compensation & Additional Opportunities
