What Does An Automatic Door Inside Sales Rep Do?
Start with pre-launch caffeine boost and get to boosting our bidders list, and then sort out current quotes and close some sales to keep our nursery of new jobs full. Take those infant jobs and hold their hand as they grow and develop into amazing sold projects.
Once the ink hits the approval line, you convert that job over to project management team. Longer sales cycle jobs will need some attention like a sassy teenager. Check your snazzy computer programs with lists of tasks to get done for the day.
Eat a snack, tell a Dad joke or listen to our estimator tell one, and start shuffling paperwork, track down missing info like Sherlock Holmes. Once you are done juggling calls, chasing down details, and putting all the pieces of the puzzle in order, head home for some deserved R&R. Annual projects sold and managed are approx for whole department, with 1-2 installed daily, with big plans to grow in the future

What Qualities Do I Need To Meet Those Demands?
- A Great Communicator
- Perseverance following up on estimates
- Determination and patience to handle demanding contractors/customers
- Providing introductory information to new customers
- Letting customers know about additional products or services
- Learn and gain an understanding of our products and their function/application
- Properly complete forms, reports, logs, and records
- Ability to recognize and exploit construction sales opportunities.
- Must have B2B sales experience
- Experience in Construction Bid or Project Mgmt process a plus

The Deets:
- This is a full time gig, M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
- Overtime is available
- We pay pretty darn good - bonuses and advancement opportunities are available

The Fine Print
This position begins with a 30-day training trial, followed by an evaluation to determine suitability for permanent position. Confidentiality and non-compete agreement required. This position is performance based pay evaluated quarterly - earn more when you produce more
