We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with strong typing and 10-key skills to support high-volume data entry, document validation, and quality control processes. Medical experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-speed manual data entry (15,000 key strokes per hour).
  • Validate incoming documents, classifications, extracted data, and redactions.
  • Perform metadata indexing from digital documents.
  • Conduct quality control on digital document conversions.
  • Validate check data, reconcile batch totals, and analyze check distributions.
  • Review digital checks for accuracy (payee, date, signature).
  • Correct automated extraction errors (CAR/LAR).
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy, and error-free performance.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and follow established procedures.
  • Adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks while meeting production standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related data entry experience.
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM and 10-key experience (10,000 KPH required).
  • Familiarity with personal computers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.

Preferred

  • Medical/healthcare experience (not required but beneficial).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 per hour

  • conducting UAT and supporting production migrations: 8 years (Preferred)
  • SQL, data analysis, and system integrations: 8 years (Preferred)
  • BA within Asset Management / Investment Management.: 10 years (Preferred)
  • recent CRIMS & CRPM (Mercatus) Private Markets modules.: 5 years (Preferred)
  • trading, portfolio mgmt, compliance, performance & risk: 6 years (Required)
