We have an immediate opening for a Business Intelligence Analyst for a 12 month + Contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design and support of scalable, enterprise-wide BI applications and data architecture.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyzing, and prioritizing data and information requirements.
  • Solving complex technical problems related to business data integration and transformation.
  • Optimizing enterprise BI tools by defining relevant filtering and indexing strategies.
  • Creating and executing comprehensive testing methodology and validation criteria for BI systems.
  • Designing and coordinating BI tool training and user enablement curriculum for internal stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining standards, policies, and procedures for BI system structure, form, and use
  • Creating and monitoring data/information quality metrics.
  • Researching new BI and data engineering technologies and creating business cases to drive adoption.
  • Supporting data migrations and integrations across ERP and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrating financial acumen in evaluating business intelligence projects and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a BI, data engineering, or business systems analyst role
  • Proficient in at least one programming language used in data engineering (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Competent in object-oriented programming and data structures
  • Proficient in optimizing workflows, pipelines, and processes
  • Skilled in ETL/ELT development and orchestration
  • Proficient with cloud-based data tools (e.g., Power BI, Apache Spark, Azure, AWS, Databricks)
  • Familiar with DataOps, DevOps, or SecOps practices
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system migrations or integrations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $42.00 per hour
