Minimum starting salary $40,961.51 with an excellent benefits package including employer paid pension contribution | Employees of The Florida Bar are eligible to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

Summary function:
Provides high level administrative support to the Director of ACAP/Intake and performs various program duties to support the bar's Grievance Mediation and Fee Arbitration Program; Assists the IT Dept in the development and implementation of programs to effectuate and improve the automation of the fee arbitration and grievance mediation program and serves as the point of contact with IT on the case management system for the program. Responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities within the program's daily operations; Determines eligibility of applications for the program; Answers technical questions posed by arbitrators and mediators regarding Chapter 14 rules; Answers questions from consumers and members regarding the process; Coordinates with internal contacts at all levels of the organization in Florida Supreme Court ordered files, Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.  Assesses non-payment by attorneys whose license to practice will become delinquent and coordinates date of delinquency with Membership Records.

Required minimum education:
High school diploma (or its equivalency).

Required minimum professional work experience:
Five (5) years of progressively responsible office administrative experience. Appropriate degree may substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
