Graphic Production Artist

RMR Designs, a Tampa screen printing company, is looking to hire a creative and highly motivated production artist. The right candidate is one looking to grow within our company. We print t-shirts for a variety of customers including local businesses/schools as well as resorts, zoos, theme parks, museums etc., throughout the country. See RMR story here:

Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a must
  • Graphic Design background (degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of color theory
  • Experience/knowledge of screen-printing industry a plus

Responsibilities include:

  • Color separation
  • Revising existing designs to meet customer specifications
  • Creating art comps

Note: A portion of the job may include original art creation.

Personal Skills

  • Must have great work ethic, good attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Must be able to take direction
  • Must work well with others
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have great attention to detail and organization skills
