Summary:

The Quality Manager at Connect Housing Blocks is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's quality management program. This role goes beyond ensuring compliance with standards — it focuses on creating a scalable, proactive system that drives consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all production operations. The Quality Manager partners with production, engineering, and leadership teams to identify gaps, implement best practices, and embed a culture of quality throughout the organization..

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with Production Managers to establish quality control processes and ensure their consistent application.
  • · Oversee the training of production staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • · Manage the documentation of quality procedures, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • · Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards in materials and components.
  • · Review and approve product specifications, sampling plans, and test methods.
  • · Investigate and resolve issues related to product quality.
  • · Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
  • · Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and/or Experience – Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Quality Management Skills: In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma) and methodologies.
  • Language Skills – Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and oral communication, with vendors, management, co-workers in English.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply general concepts such as percentages, addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication to practical situations.
