The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Field Service Support Technician to provide onsite IT support to managed services clients across New York City and the tri-state area. This role is ideal for someone with strong MSP experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
You will support a wide range of client-side technologies, including:
- Workstations and laptops
- Servers and networking equipment
- Printers and ISP hardware
- Microsoft core business environments
- Third-party applications
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite IT support for managed services clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Support Microsoft-based environments and core business applications
- Assist with PC builds, hardware refreshes, and network equipment deployments
- Participate in client onboarding and new user setup
- Work within a ticketing system to document issues, resolutions, and time
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of onsite or field service IT support experience
- MSP experience is required
- Strong hands-on experience building and supporting desktops and laptops
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments
- Proficiency with ConnectWise or a similar MSP ticketing system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Specific Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle for onsite travel (mileage, parking, and standard servicing reimbursed; company vehicle possible after probationary period)

Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000
