Expected Hours: 35 per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative and marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in Photoshop and Illustrator, and the ability to create high-quality visual content for online platforms. You'll design product images, banners, mockups, ads, and packaging for supplements and related health products across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, Shopify, and more.

This is a hands-on design role focused on content creation — not on e-commerce management — but understanding how visuals impact sales is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce product images, banners, mockups, and marketing creatives for all marketplaces and digital platforms.
  • Create visually appealing packaging, labels, and print materials in line with brand identity and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad creatives (for Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) that capture attention and drive conversions.
  • Optimize design files for web and mobile performance (size, format, readability).
  • Work efficiently while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (advanced level).
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience with product or brand-related design (supplements, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of how visuals impact online sales and conversions.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Miramar, FL.
  • Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus)

  • Experience with 3D design software (Blender or Cinema 4D) for product renders.
  • Video editing or animation skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
  • Experience designing creatives for Amazon A+, TikTok ads, or social media campaigns.
  • Basic photography or photo-retouching skills.
