We are growing quickly and looking for a high-drive Producer who wants to build a strong book in a niche that rewards expertise, relationships, and execution.

Position Overview

As a Producer, you will build and grow a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be sourcing new business, developing relationships and delivering best-in-class insurance and risk management solutions.

This is an entrepreneurial role with high upside, strong commission structures, and the ability to help shape a fast-growing brokerage.

Duties

  • Prospect and generate new business within your specialized sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Partner with account managers and leadership to place and service accounts
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with underwriters and carrier partners
  • Attend events, networking functions, and client meetings

  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with decision-makers
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning your pipeline
  • Interest in specializing rather than being a generalist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $300,000.00 per year
