We are currently accepting applications for full-time Server/Bartenders at Eastend in Greenwich.

Z Hospitality Group operates:

Aurora - Rye, NY

Terra, Mediterraneo and Eastend - Greenwich, CT

Sole and Blackbird - New Canaan, CT

Terra - Danbury, CT

  • Individuals having an upbeat, positive attitude is essential. The ideal candidate is conscientious, dedicated, dependable, and willing to listen and learn.
  • They should take directives well and accomplish tasks with a sense of urgency. Candidates must work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
  • Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
  • Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment.
  • Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed'

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in food service industry
  • Knowledge of POS systems, including Toast
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Upselling and sales experience
  • Previous restaurant or fine dining experience
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
