Position Responsibilities:

As a Bartender, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:

  • Providing courteous and prompt service to guests.

  • Preparing beverage orders for bar and dining areas, adhering to signature recipes.

  • Following Emmy’s Steps of Service to ensure a consistent guest experience.

  • Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system.

  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.

  • Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team.

  • Performing opening and closing duties.

  • Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment.

  • Exhibiting a positive, outgoing demeanor during service.

  • Adhering to safety standards to promote a safe environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests.

  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-year bartending experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

  • Proven experience in cash handling, customer service, and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle guest needs effectively.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.

  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
