We are a fast-paced renovation and repair company working with commercial clients and handling a wide variety of trades, including renovation, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing daily job schedules for multiple employees across various trades. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and scheduling skills, and prior knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
This position requires excellent organizational abilities, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and optimize schedules for field employees throughout the day
Learn and become familiar with construction-related trades to better support scheduling
Perform administrative duties to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations
Enter data accurately, including 10-key typing
Communicate scheduling details clearly and effectively with staff
Learn and operate scheduling software
Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications:
Proven experience in scheduling or office administration
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Effective problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
