Job Description
NRG Controls is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by ensuring seamless coordination, effective customer communications, and expert management of sales processes using Salesforce. Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and accounts in Salesforce CRM.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
· Initiate and follow up on outbound calls to customers and prospects to support lead generation and relationship development.
· Prepare and distribute proposals, quotes, and sales documents as needed.
· Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring timely data entry and reporting in Salesforce.
· Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and correspondence.
· Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.
· Coordinate logistics for sales events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and support business objectives.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role.
· Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required; ability to generate reports and manage pipelines.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Confident in making outbound calls and following up with customers and prospects.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Previous experience in the building controls, HVAC, or construction industry is a plus.
