HBI Amerilab Technologies is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping teams grow with the right talent.

Please note: This is a seasonal role with a duration of up to six months and is 100% onsite.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in crafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Lead weekly employee onboarding sessions.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Prepare and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other candidate communications.
  • Support hiring managers in identifying staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Partner with staffing agencies to support temporary and seasonal hiring needs, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.
  • Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and university outreach.
  • Perform background and reference checks.
  • Assist with onboarding activities including paperwork and training schedules.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
  • Support other HR initiatives as needed

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Safety Protocol:

  • Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
  • Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
  • Support safety policies and programs.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Skills Required:

  • Capable of interaction at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices
