Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of services our company provides. You will perform routine inspections, implement quality assurance policies and procedures, and identify any workflow issues. The ideal candidate is an excellent verbal and written communicator with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Oversight: Ensure that the company delivers high-quality goods or services by overseeing quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective quality control practices.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data related to product quality and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and marketing, to integrate quality practices throughout the organization.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and resources to staff on quality assurance practices and methodologies to foster a culture of quality within the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance or a related discipline, with comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies. Pest control experience is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, motivating members to achieve quality objectives efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively articulate quality standards and practices throughout the organization.
  • License: Possession of a valid Pest Control License is mandatory.
