Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 based on experience

Location: Plano, TX office

Overview:

We are a fast-growing, data-driven psychiatry practice with six offices across Texas, specializing in medication management, Spravato, and TMS. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and expand our successful Google and Meta advertising campaigns, driving patient growth and optimizing ROI across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, analyze, and scale digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition for core services (psychiatry, Spravato, TMS).
  • Monitor performance dashboards, track KPIs (CPA, conversion rate, ROAS), and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align messaging, landing pages, and budgets with business goals.
  • Identify new growth opportunities (SEO, retargeting, local campaigns, etc.) to maximize market reach and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing performance-based digital campaigns (Google, Meta, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in ad dashboards, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven success in lead generation or healthcare marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Schedule & Availability:

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
