Soni's client is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead impactful training initiatives that strengthen skills, support leadership growth, and elevate performance across the organization.

Job Description

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance skills and leadership capabilities across the organization.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions for diverse audiences, including clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
  • Create comprehensive learning solutions, including instructional materials, e-learning modules, and blended programs using modern tools.
  • Ensure all content aligns with adult learning principles and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify training priorities and analyze workforce skill gaps.
  • Connect learning strategies to business outcomes and establish metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations through accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Partner with HR and Operations teams to integrate learning into organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual sessions

Compensation:
$90,000-$110,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
